For this year's Bournville Heritage Open Day we have lots going on at Selly Manor Museum and the Rest House - and it's all completely FREE!

The Rest House
Discover the stories of the women who helped shape Bournville. Icons & Instigators is an exhibition that brings together five years of women's history research to spotlight ten inspiring local women and groups from the 20th century. The exhibition will be on display at the Rest House on Bournville Village Green.
Find out about the other 17 venues opening their doors for this year's Bournville Heritage Open Day 2026. From the spectacular Serbian Orthodox Church of St Lazars to tour of the Almshouses, and wonderful historic Cadbury sites to sailing model boats, and much much more. You can pick up a map on the day at the Selly Manor information stand and head out across the fantastic garden village.
This event is part of and the national Heritage Open Day and Birmingham Heritage Week events.
