Join Father Christmas and his team of cheerful elves in a magical grotto bursting with twinkling lights, laughter and Christmas cheer. Whether you're making reindeer food with our reindeer wrangler, helping the elves sort letters, or preparing a feast in the kitchen, there's an adventure waiting for you around every corner. Finally you'll meet Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, share your Christmas wishes and receive a special gift to take home.
Opening Hours
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December 10am-4pm
*Every child who would like to receive a gift from Father Christmas needs a ticket. There must be at least one paying child ticket for a booking. Your timed ticket is for entry to our Tudor house where youll be greeted by the elves and your experience will begin. Please allow between 20-40mins for your immersive experience. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your time slot so you're ready for the magic
