To celebrate our community exhibition ‘Fragments’ we are running family stitch workshops for May half term.
Learn how to stitch Bargello and create a small coaster to take home. Zigzag your way using your favourite colours from the yarn provided. Once your first row is stitched the rest follow like magic!
Tapestry artist, Tina Francis will guide you through this workshop.
Duration 90 minutes. Suitable for beginners. Age recommendation 7 – 16. These workshops take place at Selly Manor.

All materials and instructions included.
Acrylic yarn suitable for those with allergies and vegans
Adaptions: Pre-threaded needles, rounded scissors, pre-cut yarn lengths, tapestry holder.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pre-booking essential. Workshops are non-refundable unless cancelled by Selly Manor Museum.
Entry to the museum is not included in this workshop.

The workshop takes place in the medieval hall of Minworth Greaves which is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
