Something Magical is coming to Selly Manor Museum! 

Back by popular demand for 2024! Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride a real life unicorn and enter a world full of magic and mystery. Go on a magical quest in our Manor house, listen to our enchanting storyteller, find the magical creatures hidden in our grounds, plus lots more!

With crafts, games, quests, and of course Unicorns rides, this event is one not to miss!

Ticket information.

Pre-booking is essential for this event. 

Tickets will go on sale on Friday 3rd May 2024 at 10am.

Your ticket includes entry to the Magical Manor for the duration of either the Morning Session (10am-12.30pm) or Afternoon Session (1.30pm-4pm)

Your timed booking slot is for your Unicorn ride during your chosen session. 

Unicorn rides last a few minutes as they walk up the lawn at the top of Maple Road.

Follow the link for your chosen session, select the number of Adult tickets and the timeslot you would like for the child's Unicorn ride. Please note, there are up to 9 unicorns rides available in each 15 minute time slot. 

There will be multiple Unicorns providing rides throughout the day on rotation to allow for rest periods for the unicorns. 

  • Adult Tickets - £6.00
  • Child Tickets (Including Unicorn Ride) - £8.50
Please note: Unicorn rides are for children aged 12 and under only, adults are not able to ride unicorns. Those wishing to ride a unicorn must weigh 7 stone or less. Children aged under 2 are not permitted to ride.

Accessibility: All the craft activities take place in Minworth Greaves which is on ground level. The family trail includes the upper floors of Selly Manor which due to the historical nature of the building is only accessible via stairs. Free admission to this event does not apply for BVT residents
