Join us for a private evening tour of two of Birmingham’s oldest buildings in atmospheric candlelight. Learn how George Cadbury saved and rebuilt Selly Manor and Minworth Greaves in the early 20th century, as we uncover rare photographs and documents from the museum’s archives.
See the stunning collection of 16th and 17th century furniture and objects as you explore Selly Manor. Our guides will focus on the decoration, provenance and use of these practical and beautiful artefacts. Plus, hear how the museum collection was brought to Bournville by Laurence Cadbury. Round off the evening with a warming drink and delicious cake in the medieval hall of Minworth Greaves.
